Christ Chapel is a small non-denominational independant church that needs more room!
The number of children attending our services is growing and the room we have been using for Sunday school is TOO SMALL!
We don't yet have the funding to build an addition to the church. Several ideas were tossed around: we could put a modular building on the lot for about $15,000 or we could buy a small trailer house for about $5,000. We even looked at old Airstream trailers for about $4,000.
What we found and finally decided on is a 1987 International diesel school bus. It was most recently used by a church in Denver and before that it was an Air Force bus. It is certain to have had regular maintenance when it was with the Air Force! It only has 75,000 miles on it and the pastor in Denver let us have it for $1,500.
